Conformal Coating (Three-Proof)
Conformal coating is a specialized protective film applied to PCBA surfaces, providing superior insulation, moisture-proofing, dust-proofing, anti-corrosion, and anti-aging protection. IPC-CC-830 compliant processes.
Critical for electronics deployed in harsh environments — automotive under-hood, outdoor telecom, marine, industrial control, and medical devices.
Acrylic (AR)
Fast-curing, easy rework, good moisture resistance. Ideal for general-purpose PCBA protection.
Polyurethane (UR)
Excellent chemical and abrasion resistance. Best for automotive and harsh-environment electronics.
Silicone (SR)
Extreme temperature range (-60°C to 200°C+). Perfect for BMS, outdoor, and high-temp applications.
